From Emergency Call to Full Restoration

🔍
Free inspection and damage assessment
The moment you call, a certified IICRC technician is dispatched to your property. We arrive within 60 minutes anywhere in Fort Lauderdale, including Las Olas, Coral Ridge, Victoria Park, Downtown, and throughout Broward County, day or night, every day of the year.
On site, our technician performs a complete walkthrough using professional moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras to locate water you cannot see — inside walls, under flooring, and above ceilings. This step is critical in South Florida’s high-humidity environment, where hidden moisture accelerates mold growth faster than in most other climates.
We also identify the category of water involved. Category 1 is clean water from burst pipes or supply lines. Category 2 is grey water from appliances or overflows. Category 3 is black water from sewage or storm flooding, which requires specialized safety protocols and containment. Before any work begins, you receive a clear, honest assessment and a transparent estimate, no hidden fees, no surprises.

Water Extraction and Removal
Once the assessment is complete, we immediately begin removing all standing water using high capacity truck mounted pumps and industrial wet vacuums, far more powerful than any consumer grade equipment. Every minute matters because water spreads rapidly, soaking into drywall, subfloors, insulation, and wood framing.
For properties flooded by South Florida storms or heavy rain events, we deploy submersible pumps capable of handling large water volumes quickly. We also extract moisture from carpets, padding, and upholstery using specialized tools that pull water deep from within fibers. The faster water is removed, the better the chance of saving your floors and belongings and avoiding costly replacement.
After extraction, we conduct a second round of moisture readings to confirm all standing water has been eliminated and to map exactly where drying equipment needs to be positioned in the next phase.

Drying and Dehumidification
Removing visible water is only half the work. The real challenge is eliminating moisture trapped inside your walls, floors, and ceilings, and this is where most DIY attempts fail. Household fans simply move air; they do not dry building materials. Fort Lauderdale’s coastal humidity makes this stage especially critical, as ambient moisture in the air can re introduce dampness into partially dried surfaces.
We place industrial air movers and commercial dehumidifiers throughout all affected areas. These machines work in tandem to pull moisture out of building materials and bring indoor humidity down to safe levels. Our team monitors readings daily using digital moisture meters and thermal cameras, following IICRC S500 standards throughout.
We do not remove equipment until moisture readings confirm your property has reached certified safe dry standard levels, typically 3 to 5 days depending on the extent of damage. You are never left guessing about the progress.

Cleaning and Sanitization
Once your property is dry, we begin thorough cleaning and sanitization of all affected surfaces. This step is essential for protecting your family’s health, especially when the water involved grey or black water, which carries bacteria, sewage contaminants, and other harmful pathogens. Long term exposure is particularly dangerous for children, elderly residents, and anyone with respiratory conditions.
We apply EPA approved antimicrobial treatments to all affected walls, floors, and surfaces, eliminating bacteria, mold spores, and allergens. We also run HEPA air scrubbers throughout the property to filter microscopic airborne particles, including mold spores that become airborne during water damage events, restoring healthy indoor air quality.
Any materials that cannot be safely restored, heavily saturated drywall, carpet padding, or insulation, are safely removed and disposed of following all applicable regulations. Every step is thoroughly documented for your insurance claim.

Restoration and Repairs
The final step is returning your property to its pre loss condition. This is where we go beyond drying and cleaning, we fix and rebuild what was damaged. You do not need to hire a separate contractor. Our team handles the complete scope of repairs from start to finish, covering everything under one roof.
Depending on the extent of the damage, restoration work can include replacing drywall and insulation, repairing or replacing subfloors and flooring, repainting walls and ceilings, reinstalling baseboards and trim, and repairing damaged cabinetry or structural elements. We bring your property fully back to the condition it was in before the damage occurred.
We work directly with your insurance company throughout the entire process, preparing detailed documentation, including photos, moisture logs, and itemized repair lists, that your adjuster needs to process your claim smoothly. Our clients consistently report higher claim approvals and a far less stressful experience when we handle the documentation. Before we consider any job complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to confirm every area meets our quality standards and your satisfaction.
